Prices are off the planet. The food is way below average. I would not waste my time or money. The sushi rolls were ridiculous. I had the Wagyu sirloin with French fries for $55. The steak was undercooked and then overcooked. Honestly, the food is just really bad. It’s a brand new restaurant in GVR so I wanted to give it a try, but never again. Also, there is absolutely nobody in there. It was half point for gamers on their cards, and there was still nobody in there. I give them six months.

I came for the social hour and sat at the bar both bartenders were extremely friendly but the knat issue definitely needs to be addressed. I ordered the Lychee Colada ( I will return for this drink) and two hand rolls the spicy crab and the salmon avocado. The presentation was cute but I was not a fan of either of them. I will come back to try other items but I did not enjoy this visit.
This place fantastic! The sushi is a work of art. The service is top notch. We went 2 nights in a row, don't miss this place!

Tried this out as a local right before show. Saw the great reviews and thought it would be a good choice. Extremely small portions, that we had to order something off of the hot food menu just so we could feel full. Orders two drinks, one platter, two rolls a fried rice and one other item cost us $200. Dont bother to dine here as locals. You will have better food and it will be less expensive to go to claim Jumper right down the street. No discounts for locals and any other sushi place around here would have been a better choice.

Beautiful restaurant with a very nice sake list. Server offered to let us taste the "house" sake before purchasing. We ultimately chose a different one that was very good. Server recommended the fried chicken, which we thought was weird for a Japanese restaurant. Instead, we opted to share the sushi/sashimi platter (over $50 for 11 pieces of sushi and a tiny spicy tuna roll). Ordered an extra fried rice to fill us up--$36 for rice?!? Sushi was fresh, but selection was average, and pricing was very high for what we got. Sexy restaurant setting with a very friendly, welcoming staff. A little too pricey for a pretty average sushi dinner. Guess we should have gone with the fried chicken after all.
It was a nice experience, the service was good. There were multiple people assisting our server which helped the food was good my kids enjoyed it, family friendly. I would recommend.

My wife and I were celebrating the anniversary of our first date at BRS, and thanks to the wonderful staff we had an incredible dinner experience! From the host to the server, we were greeted with a smile and welcoming hospitality. Our server, Jay was an absolutely amazing person! He had a great knowledge about the food and was so fun to talk with! The sashimi was very fresh and my shrimp fried rice was delicious too! Great food and an awesome staff makes BRS a must visit place for us!
VERY expensive for off strip. Well over $100 pp sharing apps, one cocktail each, two people sharing an entree and no dessert. Waiter never bother to engage with table or notice it was my daughter's bday-as noted on Open Table Res. As locals we will find other opportunity which offer service in line with pricing.
Had the Wagyu steak frites, mushroom fried rice, bucket of chicken, and the cod with some broccolini. Food was excellent and service by Sandra and GM Yuka was on point. Always good, I love this place. PS: I left my sunglasses at the dinner table. Walking towards the parking lot, I received a call from the GM telling me that she had it up front at the hostess desk. Many other places would've just turned it in and not call right away. I thought this was extra thoughtful. Excellent service. Thank you.
Friendly hostesses welcomed us and took us to our table. Jay our waiter was awesome: knowledgeable, personable and funny. The GM stopped by the table and she was very pleasant. We had a couple of carpaccios and a few rolls, all delicious! The bread pudding was not spectacular at all: more of a dry French toast than a bread pudding. Nice decor, great atmosphere, very expensive. But had a great experience!
Wonderful to see a location close to our home in Henderson. Been to the original one in NYC off Columbus Circle. Delicious sea bass, oxtail fried rice with bone marrow and Blue Ribbon fried chicken. Great ambience and outstanding service!
