Benjamin gave us an exceptional dining experience! He was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. He took the time to walk through the menu, offer delicious recommendations, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. It’s hard to find customer service this good these days. We have been back since our first interaction with him being our server and requested to sit in his section! He never fails to go above and beyond. Thanks again, Benjamin!

My husband and my first time to Blue Ribbon Sushi and we were not disappointed. We both had the Surf and Turf and loved it! The lobster was amazing as was the Wagyu beef! The Maguro Zuke was also incredible with the garlic chips! The only disappointment was my side order of bok choy. For some reason, only the stalks are served without the green leaves which is the healthiest part. Regardless, we will definitely be back to try more!

Food and ambiance was exceptional. Benjamin is a superior server and was incredibly personable.

At last a sushi restaurant with real wild caught sushi. The salad was decent (served three.) The combination sushi and sashimi plate was wonderful - all the delicate flavors of wild caught sashimi. And a final bonus real prime grade rib eye steak. Literally melted in our mouths. An additional bonus was perfectly prepared hamachi kama (yellowtail collar.) Hamachi kama is not for everyone, but for the connoisseurs of seafood it was perfect. If I have any criticism it is that Salmon Skin hand roll, a favorite of mine, was not on the menu.

Food was wonderful, very fresh, fast... Was happy to get the wine menu from Hank's to order a nice bottle of Cab. Server was friendly. ( a tad over chatty for my husband's liking )

We have eaten here a few times and ordered take out sushi on numerous occasions. Every time the sushi is fresh and well prepared. Recently the smash burger was recommended. We thought it was an odd combination but since we have always loved the fried chicken, we gave the burger a go. We sure are glad we did, it was surprisingly one of the best restaurant burgers we’ve had and will definitely order it again. The fact that they have a little bit of everything, makes it a good spot if you’re not sure what you want.

Excellent food and drink, I came here on a Monday night, not very busy at all, but got some primo dishes and delectable mocktails. I ordered two virgin lychee coladas, the Wagyu carpaccio appetizer, the Blue Ribbon platter special, which is a huge boat filled with rolls, nigiri and sashimi. I also got the surf and turf, cooked rare, as well as the side of mushrooms, and the Japanese Wagyu 8oz center cut ribeye.

I have eaten at way bettter sushi places. The rolls were small. Prices steep. Won't return.

So, we loved Blue Ribbon at Red Rock! The food, the service, everything was on point!. Here at GVR, the Bartender and the Hostess were so kind and attentive! But when we got a table, the server came by once, asked what we wanted, ordered a little bit of appetizer, and said we will order more after... This was the last time we saw him for a whole hour. Someone from management had to come by for us to even ask for the check since our server disappeared. We even ordered a California roll, and the server asked if we wanted crab stick or real crab. We did real crab, just to say that it tasted like a normal California roll, and we get better food and service at OJAH then here. And again, the hostess, bartender and management are great. Just the overall experience was nothing to desire especially for this kind of price tag... Shout-out to the hostess Anghel, she is so personable, kind, and a statement to customer service.

The seating was comfortable and ambiance was nice. The food was bland and mediocre though and service subpar. They still had not taken our order by the time we finished eating our appetizers so we were eating with plates on top of our menus. After our order was taken, when our meals came out there wasn't room to put the food because all of the appetizers dishes were still there. We had to stack and juggle plates to make room. We had to find somebody to get our check.

Service was outstanding. Food was good but not quite as good as expected. Sushi Mon is just as good.

Gosh, I know its NYE, but the service was spectacular! Sushi was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this place.
