A slow Saturday afternoon, only a Mother with 3 kids dining-in and non of the teenage employees can locate my online pickup order. Asked my name three times before they figured out someone wrote the tag on the bag with my first name on it, not my last, thus the ton of confusion, ugh. Be aware that the spice level here is hotter than expected…mild is actually medium and medium is very spicy, in my opinion.
I wish this location wasn’t a test location for the new ordering system! You have to order from your phone and nothing was explained when we sat down. When we asked why no one was taking our order the lady that didn’t seat us was already having a horrible day and told us that if we want full service we had to sit in the bar or walk up to the cashier to get our order taken by a person!
Our food was taking forever then got dropped on the floor and not one person came...read full review
