Last evening my husband and I got 15 wings with sauces and carrots and celery. The wings were very dry and the carrots and celery, well there were 2 pieces of celery and five mini carrots. The quality of the particular BWW is continually declining.

The saving grace for our dinner trip was our waiter, Jordan. Let me explain. This was our 2nd trip to this location, so I was full on ready for horrible service & ok food. Why did we go, because my husband loves BWW! 1st time was not good, at all! This time around, seating service was the same, not great! Waiter Jordan was very attentive & that for me saved the day! Finally tried this place. The food was exceptional. Was not expecting the quality of the food or the friendly staff. Thanks and we will be back, hungry for more.

Oct. 2024 edit - once again I'm getting food here and I couldn't find a way to get something and I called the location and Helena answered and was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. It is service like this that keeps me coming back.
