We arrived late and they got everything ready right away even though they were closing and the girl Lalana(?) was so cheerful and helpful, she really impressed us. Great customer service. I was so pleasantly surprised after a not so good experience at the I Hop next door. She's a great ambassador for the brand.

The staff is great. I hate kiosk and the lady took my order and it was out very quickly. This is how all service should be done.
