The house chopped salad was not as good as I've had it before. There were less ingredients and too much iceberg. There wasn't enough dressing to get a good flavor of the salad. My pan seared orange roughy was dry and the edges were hard not crunchy.
The calamari was great and what a bargain at $8. The filet and lobster was terrific an the tail was huge. WE were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us out cream brulee for dessert
Once again we enjoyed our meal at Fuego. There's something about the atmosphere and just right lighting. Service was very good as Marco was quite attentive, the manager came out to say hello and seating quite comfortable. We enjoy the menu items and the execution of the serving staff. The food was quite good as usual. The only negative, we were seated next to an extremely loud, obnoxious party...not much could be done as they were heard through the restaurant. But we enjoy...
