We love Capriotti’s but our order tonight was pretty bad. A six inch pastrami and a 20” cheesesteak were both filled with tough burnt meat. Actually the pastrami had very little content. Really disappointed in our meal. Maybe just a bad night. The great part was our sweet Door Dasher Jessica who went above and beyond hence the four stars.

We will think twice before ordering from our favorite sandwich shop again. We’ve been customers since they first opened...

The young lady that fixed my sandwiches did a great job. I always pay for extra meat and cheese. I also tip my sandwich makers. Just some advice so everyone who is reading this can have same experience.

The soda didn't taste right and without any hesitations Pamela and Honesty were willing to replace it with something else until I was satisfied. They truly know the meaning of customer service and I hope if you visit this location in Green Valley Ranch, you have the pleasure/ opportunity to meet and be helped by them !!
