Very bland overall and the chicken in my pasta tasted boiled. I can't recommend at all.

Good pizza, lots of other items. Staff is super. Nice outdoor eating.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. Next door are a daycare and a gym with babysitting. They can make some noise without creating a problem. It's not a quiet date spot. Reatless kids can eat outdoors...with supervision. lol

I have been coming here for many years and recommending Carmines. But not anymore. I came in for take out eggplant parmigiana with pasta. Brought it home. The pasta was mushy and overcooked and the eggplant salty and awful. I do not recommend that menu item. I understand restaurant was sold but I will no longer be a customer. In response to your comment I do not have your phone number. I came in to see you today after being told by your worker on phone last night that you arrive at 11. I came at 1130 to give you a chance to do any work possibly needed. In speaking to your employee last night she said she could give me a pasta dish. But was unable to give me a refund on my order. Only you could do that. Today when you called me you offered neither.

We ordered here for Suoerbowl which was our 3rd year in a row to do so. The wings were good, the chicken Parm hero was good, but the pizza which is something we rave about, and recommend to our friends was terrible. It tasted like they partially pre baked the plain dough the night before because pizza is in high demand on Super Bowl. The crust( which I am totally all about the crust tasted stale from when we first started eating it. It had hardly any cheese, which usually it has a really good amount of cheese. But, we were giving them a pass because it was Super Bowl. We just ordered a pie again from them. There was too much sauce on it and completely different in taste than usual and not for the better. The crust. still tasted stale. I don't know if they changed things up, but I hope they can go back to how they made their sauce and pizza for years and not from the start of 2024.

Carmine's on Horizon Ridge and Carnegie in Henderson has absolutely amazing pizza. The ingredients are unique and there is special care when making each pizza. Their Margarita Pizza is simply the best not only Vegas but anywhere else in the USA. Be sure to eat it in their dining room because when pizza stays in a box for awhile it alters the texture/taste to some extent. Check ✅ them out for sure. You will become a regular. Customer service is top notch.

If you are going to use the online ordering service do not ask for anything special. Twice I ordered a calzone without ricotta and guess what they did. They added ricotta both times. The pizza is very good.

Spent over a hundred dollars and got 2 cheese pizzas that were reheated and tasted like stiff cardboard. I ordered from the Carmines on American Pacific last week, and it tasted exactly like it did back in the day fresh. I know when you go there during the day for the lunch special the pizza slices are reheated. They are previously made the day prior. I just don’t expect that for dinner Service this pizza was 100% not fresh back in the day Villa Pizza off Boulder Highway was absolutely the greatest pizza in the world. I know this is the same family like I said when I ordered from the American Pacific location last week the pizza was exactly like it was Old School, definitely not stiff cardboard wings were great. Fingers were great. The pizza was a huge letdown. I was bragging to my kids that I finally found the old Villa Pizza type of pizza. My kids wouldn’t even finish it.

It's good pizza! Always consistent and on time. Everyone's super nice! Chicken parm is not good seems to be frozen chicken fingers it's a little disappointing

Chopped salad was absolutely amazing. We had a chicken breast added to it, the chicken was actually very very juicy. Also ordered a side of meatball. 5/5. The pizza is traditional NY Style 5/5.
This location is no longer owned by "Carmine." The owner (cooking) and our server, last night, are very nice and attentive. The only reason for a 3-star rating is the food falls short from Carmines pizza and our salad presentation. Water is another oversight. Last night our water was obviously not filtered. I love water more than beer. My wife drank a beer last night to avoid the water. The pizza sauce and crust had no flavor. Our salad seemed from a store bought mix kit. We have been Carmines restaurant patrons for about 15 years. When Carmine had the Lindo Michowacan location.

Great pizza. Hard to find NY pizza out west but this was it. I ate it a couple of times a week for my 3 weeks in Henderson. Staff is great. Clean and well run shop.

I really like this place it was super clean and the people that work there were super nice. Great services. I love the ranch from here and the wings are so delicious! The bread on the pizza was nice and thin but it was a lil burn tasting. The spaghetti and meatballs were good too not so heavy on the sauce. I would definitely go back to eat there again
