Ordered a large pizza with half Pepperoni & half sausage. Enjoyed a salad while our pizza was prepared. The salad was very good - generous amounts of fresh lettuce and a very nice house dressing. Also had an order of Garlic knots. For us, the salad & ‘knots’ would have almost been a meal, given the portion size. The pizza arrived at our table - hot and right out of the oven. Carmine's on Horizon Ridge and Carnegie in Henderson has absolutely amazing pizza. The ingredients are unique and there is special care when making each pizza. Their Margarita Pizza is simply the best not only Vegas but anywhere else in the USA. Be sure to eat it in their dining room because when pizza stays in a box for awhile it alters the texture/taste to some extent. Check ✅ them out for sure. You will become a regular.
