We went to Chef’s Roma Kitchen as a part of a corporate holiday dinner, and it was tremendous. We had a group of 15 or so and of course we made reservations beforehand, which I suggest everyone do for any quality restaurant. We had loads of different appetizers all of which were extremely tasty. They have a pretty robust cocktail selection and a modest yet well curated wine list. For my main course, I had the full rack of lamb, which was extremely tasty and perfectly cooked....

A group of us went for Happy Hour, then dinner. We were disappointed to learn that you can only get HO cocktails at the bar and the bartender, according to one of my friends, was quite short with her about it.

The dish that I ordered was good and the service was fine. But my simple 9oz glass of wine was $21! I pay less on The Strip! They also charge for very uninspired bread. My pasta dish, wine and gratuity came to $70 at four thirty in the afternoon.

We started in the bar for drinks (which were yummy) and then went into the dining room. Your food is consistently delicious and the service is always outstanding. This is our go-to restaurant. We always get the same thing which is the avocado bacon salad and the chicken francese which the two of us always split because the portions are so nice. We love Chef Roma's Kitchen.
