Nice hidden gem in Henderson. Food always consistent - love the big portions and fresh ingredients. Strip quality food. Love the Chicken Francese, calamari, Veal Parmigiana and Gnocchi. Tiramisu and cheese cake are perfection! Owner table touches and is always friendly and genuine.

I have been going to Roma Kitchen since its beginnings with chef Pierro,. What a great talent he was, and he shared his creativity and delicious recipes with Manny and his crew which, fortunately, for us, continues on after his death. The food is delicious but it isn’t the only reason which takes me there. It is a server named Dominic who’s one of the finest servers I’ve had. He’s very conscientious and gracious about his work and makes sure you have a pleasurable dining...

I read all the reviews and was excited to try Chef's Roma Kitchen as I love authentic Italian food. The service received was good, very friendly and explained the specials. Atmosphere is ok, i would imagine it would get quite loud if the restaurant was full. The music choice playing was odd and not fitting for the restaurant.
