Last straw just broke, never coming here again. Consistently bad service. Consistently poor portion size. No other Chipotle in town under-delivers on meat/veggies/guac and overloads on rice this much. Recently, most of the other locations have actually been pretty good about it, but not this one.The employees all seem unhappy— maybe because their job is to rip off and overcharge customers for portions they’ve been forced by management to abide. Go work at the Chipotle on Eastern and 2-15, the workers are far, far happier.That goes for anyone reading this review, too. Go to the one on Eastern instead, you’ll actually be full after your burrito bowl.

The customer service of the cashier and the associate who was making the bowls not the first person but the middle man. was terrible. the lady kept rushing my order. instead of asking if I wanted anything else, she closes the lid before I can add more. then when i ask she rolls her eyes when I asked for lettuce. also make sure your giving the right order because i ordered a bowl with no beans and when I got home I got the person behind me who had beans. so I had to come all the way back to get it fixed also I didn't get a receipt. please make sure to double check orders. I would hate someone else getting home and its not their order.

RUDE MANAGER!! Visited this location during the lunch rush at noon on 2/28/24 and the line was pretty long . The manager (same manager someone complained about on yelp 2 months ago) rushed to the front from the back office by the cashier when the phone rang. She was already standing next to the phone, Instead of picking it up herself, she yelled at this poor guy to answer it in front of the everyone in the store while he was busy helping customers and taking payments/ packing food up.

I, and a few others, witness a manager rush to the front, stand next to & yelled at this poor young cashier struggling to do everything by himself. The young man was helping a long line by himself during lunch rush hour today & the phone rang, instead of the manager (or whoever was in the back) HELPING HER TEAM she yelled at the young man to answer the phone. It was extremely unprofessional and sad to see. This is why people don't want to work in fast food. Props to that young man who will leave this establishment & gain a brighter future for himself because he as a good work ethic.

They made their guac with just avocado no lime or pico it was so blanned I had to go to another chipotle to get another one.

1) They often under-fill their chips. If I’m paying $3+ for chips, 90% of the bag shouldn’t be air.2) On 2/6/24 they ran out of chicken.How do you run out of chicken when you’re a chicken restaurant?3) Their serving area is often filled with scraps and leftovers from other orders. i.e. I ask for no sour cream, yet they drag my whole burrito through some slopped sour cream all over the counter from the last customer that they never wiped up. After each customer, take a second and grab a rag and wipe the counter.4) Had a gal go from the cash register directly to making burritos—going from touching money, cards, and dollar bills to immediately touching tortillas and scooping chicken. That’s a huge, huge no-go from Health and Safety. All it takes is for a few people to get sick and the store is done for. Never go from touching dollar bills to touching tortillas and chicken. Very big mistake.Most of the time this store ain’t that bad but those little mistakes have huge, huge longterm consequences. Better to say something now for quality control than to keep letting things getting lazier and lazier.

The kitchen isn't clean and they have zero regard for basic health let alone should you ask them to care for an allergy. Would not recommend this place to anyone. On top of the terrible food assembly they also rang up the order wrong and added things that were not in my order.Dietary restrictions: Do not eat here if you have any. They will not put any effort into ensuring your safety.

Great place to get your food from however the people who work there could be a little more friendlier. Sometimes their attitude will show when they are not having a good day. I understand everyday will not be good, however you must separate your personal life from your work life.

We stopped by to get food after work and we’re served the tiniest amount of rice and beans I’ve ever received from a chipotle. There was more cheese than rice on my bowl. I don’t mind paying an extra 2.60 for guacamole but there was a measly amount added to my bowl.

Who ever was serving on 12/18/2023 around 7pm gave literally bird type servings of rice and chicken. Literally paid for extra chicken and they tried being smoothe with spreading the food around.Never coming to this location
