I had an issue with an in-app order (my fault) and Jamie was amazingly helpful. She cleared up the issue without any pushback. She made my order to perfection and did it quickly. Great customer service. And the mixing bowl mashup blizzard is delicious!
Went through drive-through to get a small cone. Service was great, cone was spectacular and awesome like always. My only issue was that a small cone is over $4 bucks now. A small cone.... wow. That said, it doesn't matter cause their cones are the best.... I think they know they got me at any price. I need to buy some DQ stock!
I was going to complain that I had to eat the dessert part of the meal because the meal was taking too long for a drive through and it was melting. Then I remembered...wait before I complain because most likely it's only because I'm upset at the moment.
Glad I waited. The wait was worth it. The food was fresh and good-tasting. I go to that one at least 2x a month, never for hot food. That's prob why I waited a little longer than usual. Perception.
