“I love these cookies. It was busy today when I went to get them seem like they were understaffed but the staff was still polite and working hard the music was great I didn't mind waiting although I waited for quite a while, everyone was accommodating. They ran out of the cookie I really wanted but that's okay it's New Year's I only wish that they either had more staff if they were going to be doing specials or prepared a bit better for the high volume but that's corporate the employees were great the cookies are great I cannot complain. They should look into automation for their online orders to keep track so they can let people know when they're running low on certain cookies and also let people know when it is backed up and there's over 20 minutes“

“I love coming here whenever I have the opportunity to. The workers are kind and you have to be patient as English is not their first language. The pupusas are to die for and it’s best to get them when Reyna is working. When receiving the food it takes a while mostly on the busy days and their isn’t much workers. Other than that there isn’t much complaint, I live coming here and will continue to do so.“

“I tried Insomnia Cookies for the first time today, and they are great cookies! They aren't doughy and under baked like Crumbl...instead, they are cooked perfectly with just the slightest crunch on the edges. Super happy this shop is here in Henderson now. Although it might be dangerous since my business (Floor Coverings International of Southeast Las Vegas) is in the same parking lot. I see lots of cookies in my future! 🍪“
