Each Einstein has different bagel selection. Garlic is a basic flavor but according to the manager this location doesn't sell them. When cash register #1 rebooted after the customer two people ahead of me ordered (went through to be made) but he still needed to pay, manager made the customer wait approx 5 mins until it finished rebooting instead of resubmiting the order in register #2. I don't know why I got stuck with Dunkin until now, bagels are great. just started trying different types but I can say until now everything I tried were delicious and definitely better than supermarket bagels. one-day I want to try sitting and enjoying with coffee-bagel-sweet things while they are super warm

I was at an event at the Aces facility and we need some last minute catering. Stopped by and the manager was so nice to help with my order for our teams needs. She called all hands on deck and got things done under 15 minutes for a team of 10-15. My staff loved everything especially the pizza bagels. Now Einstein Bagels corporate needs to consider a possible gluten free bagel for the ppl who have dietary restrictions. Nothing extreme just a plain gluten free bagel thats all. You...
