I don't know why I got stuck with Dunkin until now, bagels are great. just started trying different types but I can say until now everything I tried were delicious and definitely better than supermarket bagels. one-day I want to try sitting and enjoying with coffee-bagel-sweet things while they are super warm

I was at an event at the Aces facility and we need some last minute catering. Stopped by and the manager was so nice to help with my order for our teams needs. She called all hands on deck and got things done under 15 minutes for a team of 10-15. My staff loved everything especially the pizza bagels. Now Einstein Bagels corporate needs to consider a possible gluten free bagel for the ppl who have dietary restrictions. Nothing extreme just a plain gluten free bagel thats all. You...

We had a 5-star experience at this location yesterday. My cousin and I stopped in for some bagels to go. The flavor she wanted wasn't available at that moment, so they made some fresh for her. It was very sweet of the staff to do that.I decided that I needed coffee so that was next on the list. Erika went out of her way to brew fresh coffee for me. I really appreciated that extra step.
