Service was slow from the start. Nobody at the front counter for several minutes. Was 15 minutes before we had our food and it was just two of us with a small order. Chicken was bland or weakly seasoned. Not much flavor. Not a fan.

I am completely astonished at how this place has changed.
I came back recently this February and was happy this place is now pristine.
A year ago, this place was extremely dirty and I’m a Quality Auditor in food, I would know the Nevada Health District would not approve of that.
But now I’m content with this location of El Pollo loco is clean and safe to eat.
PS The chicken thighs are so good and moist 10/10.

The drive-through lady with short dark hair, Chastity, is very sweet, helpful, pleasant, quick and kind. She is an exceptional employee. I eat here a lot and she knows what I like! They also offer a senior discount, which I truly appreciate.
