I was in your store tonight. There was a sign that said “entire store 20% off December 23rd and 24th”. I asked the sales associate to honor the discount today so that I wouldn’t have to make another trip and she refused. Quick question….who’s dumb enough to pay full price today when they know they can get it cheaper in two days? Not me! And I’m not coming back….EVER. You just lost a customer. Met a lovely lady name Sara at her exhibit Tea Bath Products. Purchased her box set and can’t wait to try. I enjoy meeting local artisans. Was happy to see this at Herbally Grounded.... 👍🏼
