Hibachi-San used to be one of my food court favorites at my local mall back when I lived in California. Sadly, that location closed down and got replaced by a Sarku Japan, which is similar but not quite the same. Needless to say I was super excited to see a Hibachi-San again while roaming the Galleria food court during my lunch hour! Sushi was good, staff was incredibly rude. Talked amongst themselves and ignored me after I told them I needed a second. Was not given a direct answer about the food. All the food was packaged and I don't think I got what I wanted, I just didn't want to argue. I know customers suck, I've had a similar job, but you can't treat them like nuisances.

So where do I start! Came here Thursday for the Build A Bear event but the line was outrageous and I'd be a total nut to wait in this line. We decided to eat at the food court before we drive to Arizona. Not many restaurants were open but Hibachi was. My husband ordered our food along with a few other customers. 20 minutes passed, nobody cooking. It took about 40 minutes to get our food. If you're not ready to serve, please don't take orders.
