The food was ok but the amount of meat they gave me was like a baby portion, and their idea of grilled veggies was just straight up a ton of hot cabbage and the occasional overcooked cucumber slice, with mushrooms that were somehow undercooked???

Basically disgusting. I ordered the Angus steak plate along with a snack cup. It wasn't even steak let alone Angus beef. It resembled dark chicken meat in texture and tasted awful.. I had to spit it out. The cream cheese rangoon was the best piece of food besides the one piece of broccoli I got. The spring roll was mostly edible but the egg roll was just strange and I couldn't finish it. I ended up eating the veggies and some rice. I'm glad I got a soda.. hopefully the highly acidic drink helped my body deal with this filth. Happy Halloween and cheers to hopefully not getting food poisoning!

Hibachi-San used to be one of my food court favorites at my local mall back when I lived in California. Sadly, that location closed down and got replaced by a Sarku Japan, which is similar but not quite the same. Needless to say I was super excited to see a Hibachi-San again while roaming the Galleria food court during my lunch hour! I don't normally buy my lunch but I wanted to get something for nostalgia's sake. I ordered my usual: the chicken plate. Apparently times have changed, because the food I received was definitely not as yummy as I remembered it to be. It smelled a lot better than it actually tasted (tasted pretty mediocre, at best). The chicken was not as tender and juicy as it used to be and its quantity was lacking. The veggies were nearly inedible: limp, soggy, and virtually flavorless. Yuck. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience here. Keep in mind that everything is made to order so the wait time is ridiculously long. If you're in a rush I'd advise you to pick someplace else to grab a quick bite from.

Went there few many times at 7pm and I always get turned down when ordering the poke bowl. Seriously? I already closed down the poke bowl station, thats what she says all the time! Right there right now and just disappointment!

Portion size is weak. Went back to complain and was told it's pre portioned out. Guy was pretty rude about it too. Not going back here ever again not even for the spam musibi

This place sucks. First the girl at the counter wasn't knowledgeable. And rude to boot. California rolls are not normally raw sea food. In fact most of them are made out of imitation crab. She said the only thing cooked was the rice. . The shrimp plate was ordered and they put more rice than shrimp. I would be ok with a small amount of shrimp if they were decent sized. But the shrimp looked like they came out of a cup of noodles. And the fact that they're over priced makes it even worse.

Sushi was good, staff was incredibly rude. Talked amongst themselves and ignored me after I told them I needed a second. Was not given a direct answer about the food. All the food was packaged and I don't think I got what I wanted, I just didn't want to argue. I know customers suck, I've had a similar job, but you can't treat them like nuisances.
This place is a rip off. Their mini plates consist of 4-5 pcs of meat compared to the pile high pcs of meat you get with their regular plates and it's only $1.50 difference. Your literally paying for just rice and veggies. I will tell everyone I know to not come here and my family and I will never eat here again. Complete waste of money.

I agree with ppl here.... VERY SLOW PACE..... like seriously i ordered a poke bowl that dont even need to be cooked and it tooked them like 25 to 30 min???? Really???? I saw the ppl laughing and joking around.. Taking their sweet time... Well that is just sick and WRONG!.. This young girl finished half of my poke bowl and continued talking to some friends of hers at the mall... Then i saw the grill guy ask her... Why didnt u finish the poke bowl?? And she was like... Oh they never taught me

Ordered the chicken plate which shows sliced white meat chicken on rice. What I got was dark meat chicken not resembling the photo on the wall. Complained and was told that I have to talk to the boss. Neveragain
