I had a long day and came in 30 min to close and the staff were so welcoming and happy to still serve me. The food was excellent as well. I had the chicken fried steak with the soup de jour meatball soup and it was the most delicious soup and steak I’ve ever had!!!! I’ve also been having the hotel guest included breakfast here. They give you a choice of options to order and the eggs and pancakes are delicious. Good old fashioned American cooking.

We were craving a wholesome, home-cooked style meal — and Horizon Café delivered exactly that. Their daily special, the ribs, were incredibly tender and flavorful, and the steak with mashed potatoes was cooked perfectly. Even the starter salad was fresh, crisp, and a great way to begin the meal.
The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. And as a bonus, everything was spotless — always a great sign!

15.95 prime rib is small. Breakfast specials are great, open face turkey sandwich is huge. Fries are good if you ask for them Krispy.

The food...a salad ..contained some unknown ingredients that really didn't add any good flavor, but the staff was wonderful! We were there nearly 4 hours and they kept checking on us and made sure our beverage glasses were kept full
