“We came in at six twenty in the morning, my family hungry needing someone to feed us breakfast. Alvin, was there immediately to say hello, was immediately there to get me the best deal for the food that I wanted, it was clean, it was organized. He was polite professional, went above customer service standards to help out everyone who is there. Whoever made my protein pancakes gets props, this is the first time i've gotten to go food and when I actually got to my spot.My food was still hot and delicious as if I sat down five minutes later. The big steak omelet did not disappoint still half left. As I was leaving satisfied and happy, I realized why this place is amazing, the family members here that make breakfast and food for other people.Respect The hardworking people that come in that are asking to be fed. And I think because of that exact reason, all of the food, the fruit

“Staff were really friendly and understanding. My cousin ordered the chicken tenders and they were burnt. We asked if they could remake it end it only took about 5 minutes. Besides the minor error, the food was really good and filling; Especially the eggs!! Most places I go to have weird tasting eggs. IHOP made them really well and didn’t have any wired taste or texture. Pancakes were perfect and so fresh. Our drinks took about 3 minutes to make and were really good for taking photos of if you’re into that.“

My husband got a brunch 🍔 and he believes that it should've had lettuce and tomato. But it did not come with either of those. He said his fries were hot but his mayo tasted sour.

I got the 🥑 toast and fruit. The avocado toast came with roasted cherry 🍅 and I did not care for that at all. I took the tomatoes off and my 🥑 toast was great. The fruit was perfectly ripened and delicious. My milk was nice and cold.

We sat next to 2 constantly laughing young women, one of which was turning 81 soon. Their laughs were so contagious that my husband and I were laughing too!“
