“When I first entered I was greeted I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy a little less than a year ago. I miss subs and good bread. I also worry about cross contamination. When I ordered my sub with gluten free bread they immediately asked if it was a preference or an allergy. When I confirmed an allergy, they told me it would take a little longer due to precautions they take. I am super grateful for this care because not everyone takes it seriously. They brought it out with a smile and apologized for the wait. The sandwich was good and I had no allergic reaction which made it even better.“

“Came in to pick up lunch and a couple was in front of me. I stood to the right of the ppl. Another couple came in after and the guy totally skipped me. He even welcomed me and saw me first. The guy who put my condiments on and the guy who took my payment was great. I come to this place several times a month. Hopefully he was having a bad day.“

“Went in today and was very happy with my sandwiches. The staff was very friendly and the owner was there too. Turns out we remember each other from the previous store on Eastern Avenue I used to frequent. Today I had one of the best Jersey Mikes ever and look forward to frequenting this spot. I will say it is how Jersey Mikes should be now. When it first opened about a year ago, there were some growing pains such as not too much meat but that issue has been resolved. Now that the store has been opened for a while I am happy to leave a 5 star review. I would disregard older negative reviews as things have been ironed out now. Keep up the good work Jersey Mikes!“

“I had to wait for someone to acknowledge that I even came into the shopand i was the only one in there. Just bad people skills, and they don't look customers in the eye, they don't listen so my sandwiches have been wrong a couple of times. I've been here enough times, however, always the same. Except for one young man who wrong me up. Sometimes, the younger the crew working, the worst the service.“
