I have never had a bad jimmy johns experience until today. Ordered at the drive thru and felt as though I was interrupting the persons day. Then they gave me my soda and it was covered in spilled soda. I asked for them to wipe it down and again felt like I was a bother. During this transaction (at ordering and pick up) I said thank you twice, and never received a "your welcome" or have a nice day. The entire time I was made to feel I was a bother and not a customer.
