Best fajitas I've ever had in my life. They make amazing corn tortillas in house as well. The sopa with the fajitas for 2 combo is fire as well. I like super authentic Mexican food and was concerned about this place but it gets my cosign.

Food was amazing. Ticket times were insanely fast even though they seemed to be super busy.

I’d give this place five stars if not for the hosts. The hosts were awful and made for a terrible first impression. We came in and asked for bar seating. They put our name on the list and then told us to go look for open seats at the bar…. Which is backwards and super awkward. We found seats at the bar and then they began screaming our names at the top of their lungs into the bar once our names were up. Also very off putting. We complained about it to our sever and she said “that’s how they are… they do that all the time”…. Which is why I’m writing this review.

The hosts continued to shout people’s names through the bar dinning area for the entire duration of our meal. Super off putting and it destroys the atmosphere.

I can’t stress enough that the food was amazing. Maybe if they work on their host team I would come back. First impressions are everything and the hosts here absolutely ruined this one. Luckily there are 1000 options for food like this in Las Vegas / Henderson so if a places rubs you the wrong way, you don’t have to come back. 🤷🏻

Red & green salsa and a little bowl of smashed beans are brought with chips when you’re seated and I like that you can ask for beans without any meat or meat products in them. The red salsa has an overwhelming amount of Mexican oregano for me who prefers cilantro in my salsa. The green is nothing special but adds a little heat to my food.
I’ve now had three lunch visits here and have tried different dishes and so far I’m a fan of their cheese tamale and the chicken fajitas with added mushrooms. Lunch prices are very reasonable and servers are attentive and friendly. This last visit we had Douglas as our server and he was my favorite so far. Authentically friendly and helpful, handled our “to go” order perfectly, too.
I find the food to be good, service is friendly and efficient and according to my drinking companions, their margaritas are delicious.
The women at the front when you enter and exit could really use a bit more eye contact and friendliness but I’m aware of this because I ran restaurants and notice this sort of thing.
I look forward to returning and trying some breakfast items. Happy they’re on Water Street.

This place is amazing. Drinks are great, food is amazing, service is excellent. Make sure you reserve a time. The wait lines can get intense. This place is worth a 45min wait time, but why if they take reservations.

My family just had dinner at Juan’s. The food and atmosphere were amazing. The only issue I had with the restaurant the person who cleans the table needs to WAIT until everyone leaves then clean the table. That was very rude of him to clean the table while we were still eating
