Well, my review of the KFC on Warm Springs by Sunset Station is that my meal was nothing short of outstanding! I read some of the other reviews & they just didn't match my experience at all. I went through the drive-thru & got the Tue $10 Bucket. The extra crispy wings & thighs were all so delicious. I ordered delivery and forgot to add an item. I called the store and spoke with Laura who was a sweetheart. She helped me with what I needed and the transaction was seamless. We need more kind and customer support like Laura. She was amazing!
Service is very hit and miss. Food is even worse. It's almost always old. Wedges are constantly hard and dried out from sitting so long.
