Little Pampanga Philippine Cuisine

I've been here before. As a kapampangan, there was a little bit of expectation in the flavor. Maybe it was just this day but I would have expected someone to taste the dishes to do a qualitycheck . Kare kare that barely have peanut flavor, kaldareta that seem to lack tomato paste.. its hard to justify driving over half hour from strip to go back there. Maybe ill make the trip again if I here any changes.

Really good food. Pretty authentic.

Food is good but its so small , Love their Empanada.

A one is a stretch didn't get to try anything, I figured I'd find some lumpia and stuff but when I walked in; well I felt soooooo uncomfortable( because the color of my skin) I just left, went to Roberto instead got my crunchy notes and my pork notes what I was looking to replace the lumpia ☹️☹️ i guess I'd have to wait till one of my friends makes some.... so unfortunate

I have to be very blunt regarding this Filipino cafe restaurant! We usually order Shanghai, fresh lumpia, caldereta, and fried bangus and sometimes chicken or pork asado. There is no consistency in how they prepare their food. The quality of meat they buy is not the best and too much fat and too salty. Sometimes, it is great but most of the time it's just okay. One time I bought Kare-kare and the sign says beef and I was thrilled and I bought a large size but when I got home it was beef tongue!!! I was furious and upset because I do not eat intestines, or they call it laman loob???? That's why I don't buy dinuguan because I can't trust the meat they buy to make this dish. Turon is one of my favorite snacks and I usually buy 5, but again the banana is not ripe all the time but they make them anyway and I end up throwing them out and wasting my money. I did complain once about a few problems I have had with their food. Again, I don't go there enough and maybe twice a month? I know someone mentioned customer service not the best and I agreed 100%. We moved to Henderson 3 years ago from NY city and I know there are many Filipinos in Vegas but great Filipino food is hard to find! It's okay I don't crave Filipino cuisine that much anyway!!!!

The food here is absolutely delicious and freshly cooked every day—it really feels homemade. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The restaurant is on the smaller side, so it can feel a little tight if you’re with a big group, but it’s still manageable. I also like that there’s a supermarket right there, so you can easily grab desserts or anything else you might need. Overall, a great spot—thank you so much!

They are cooking Kare Kare with beef and tripe when your supposed to use oxtail and it did not taste good lousy I won’t go back here again
