Twice in my recent visits I was overcharged. Ordered 2 plates, (1 (2) item plate and 1 (3) item plate) and both times the third item plate was charged an extra $5.40 as a small entree instead of a third item. So instead of paying $12.20 for a plate with 3 items, I ended up paying $15.50 for a 3 item plate. Very disappointing!!
I'm writing this because i was trying to use my birthday gift from panda which i thought was really cool. I was doing an online order but having a heard time trying to redeem it. So when i went down to panda to pick up a different order placed the employee there her name is Darlene, she was super sweet super nice even though it was busy.. dinner rush she was patient enough to talk to me about how to redeem the free gift. She was just a great example of excellent customer...
I ordered catering today and I goofed on the pick up time, so when I arrived it wasn’t ready. This was my fault, I entered the wrong time on the app. However, the manager was awesome and went to work to get my order done in time for the training meetings I was giving. I didn’t get his name but he and his team were fantastic, I’ll definitely be back.
