Pizza Hut in Henderson

now ordering from this store. I couldn’t be happier! My previous store was horrible and I had written them off. Thankfully this store is managed SO well and the pizza is always perfect! Thank you Angela and team!“

“I ordered a pizza after having had “one of those days” and a previous order from another spot not get delivered. Well my first pizza from Pizza Hut did not get delivered to me by their door dasher. I called and the man on the other line was able to handle me crying (again one those days!) and told me he’d get one right out to me. I said I hope it come before my baby wakes up from her nap…they got it here!!! I just want to say my pizza was hot and delicious and baby didn’t interrupt it, thank you for making it right, I appreciate it more than you know! They added cinnamon rolls too, and I didn’t even know I needed them, good job guys!“

“UPDATE: pizza Hut credited my order that had been delivered cold by a door dash driver, the replacement order was delivered by a pizza hut driver with a thermal bag. The food was hot and fresh and arrived on time! My issue was resolved

I placed an order for 2 medium up to 5 topping pizzas online today at 12:40 for delivery. I spend around 32$ after fees and tip. This pizza hut location is only 6min from my apartment, I have two sick kids at home who were hungry and I am exhausted so I ordered pizza. My delivery was outsourced to door dash and the driver apparently didn't have a thermal delivery box because my order arrived ice cold like leftovers. As expensive as food is today one of the reasons I ordered through Pizza Hut and not door dash in the first place is because I want hot food not leftovers. Who wants to spend over 30$ on pizza to get cold leftovers I could have had Papa Murphy's or even 7/11 pizza for a fraction of the price and fresher quality. Maybe don't outsource to DD or at least make sure the deliverer has a thermal box so people get the food they pay for. Note that my food took over an hour to get here and the dasher took 30min riding around with my food sitting in their car with no thermal box to get to me when I only live 6min away. I called to complain and apparently the person on the phone is going to credit my account but I don't see how that is possible since she didn't even ask for my information before she hung up the phone. I added an extra start just in case I am wrong about that but I'm very disappointed in the gross cold food I got and said that I wasted my money here“

“I was on Horizon/Carnegie and the closest location would be the one on Eastern/Horizon, when I went on the website to place an order, the first store that popped up is this one not realizing it's far I placed an online order with a custom made pizza/wings worth $30 after just drawing blood I was so excited to eat post fasting, went to pick up my food horizon/Eastern, just to know my order is 10 miles away at this location I was so heartbroken and hungry and had no energy to drive more, with much regret I called and Michael answered I explained to him what happened and he was so understanding to cancel my order I really appreciate that he was patient with me the next time I'm around that area I'm definitely going to order from here I feel horrible for this to happen.... Once again sorry and thank you for understanding“

“I hadn't ordered Pizza Hut in a long time. The pizza was absolutely great. I opted for in-store pickup. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes but when I went there it probably ended up being closer to 40 minutes when I got it. So I had to go in and out of my car a few times to check on it. The staff wasn't rude but there wasn't anything exceptional about them.“
