“I ordered food from this location and it was nostalgic. I have not eaten Pizza Hut in years because it just doesn’t taste like it used too, but I stand corrected. The pizza I had today was everything I remembered from my childhood when we used to be able to dine inside. I ordered extra cheese and it was perfect! The 2 young men working were very pleasant as well. I will order from this location every time.“

“The food has been good every time we get from here. The little Caesars across the street is gross. Anyway. We had a weird situation today. I put in an order and thought all was good told order would be there 30-45 mins. I call back about 40 minutes later as I hadn't hear anything so I called back. They didn't have my order and long story short my card was charged 12 times. I don't know if it's because my bank originally denied it or what but it seems like the person didn't wait for my payment to clear or something idk but Courtney turned it around and made it right. Originally she discounted the order due to not having it, then she took care of it once we learned how many times my card was charged. Pretty sure it was a system glitch but she had it delivered and the door dash driver was a peach. They really made up for the situation that I don't even think was a fault of anyone either. Thank you Courtney for helping us to get our food and even making sure the door dash driver was all good with them and making sure we got our food dispite all that went on. You had a great attitude the whole time and we really appreciate you! You deserve the best girl, thank you for caring about your customers.“

“I was already thinking of writing a review because I’ve enjoyed the service at this establishment location, but today they knocked it out of the park I believe there names are Bryant and Donna, ordered some Pizza Hut went to go pick it up, as soon as I got outside there was a strong gust of wind and my pizza fell on the ground. Went inside and Bryant immediately hopped on it, and even cleaned it up outside and Donna came to check on me as well, the level of care and service was so amazing and sweet, especially when they did not know I was have a really bad pain day and have been in a flaire right now with my health stuff I deal with. Pizza falling on the ground not a big deal but it becomes meaningful and bigger when you’re in a ton of pain and even something easy as bending over and picking up pizza on the ground becomes a daunting task because of how much it hurts or how limited your range of motion is, Bryant and Donna were super awesome!! Thank you so much for the friendly service and checking on me and for helping even clean it up!!

Literally yesterday I was the one that dropped the food. Today while resting and taking care of things ordered some food for me and everyone in the house, and I don’t have his name unfortunately the driver. But I put on the note not to knock baby sleeping and I come downstairs close to the time of arrival I hear something, thought someone tripped or fell have lots of kids that play out on the street open the door and the delivery driver accidentally dropped one of my food, he was so sweet about it, apologized and instantly called his manager and told them to make some more to replace it, he got back in such a fast time too! Very polite and professional!“

“Ordered lunch and got busy at work, the food was still warm and fresh when I was able to make it over an hour later (wait time was only 15 min to make it). The whole staff was very friendly and Richard the GM was very polite and got me right out of there with my tasty pizza. Thanks guys!!“

“I'm so SORRY, I order my food and made two big mistakes, and they still helped me.
I'm not feeling well and I made a mistake on my phone number and I forgot to add my apt #. They still re-delivered my pizza and were nice about it.
I have lived here 10yrs and been ordering 10yrs, and not once has there ever been a MISTAKE or received BAD or SUB-PAR FOOD/ORDER!.

“Do you ever get those random cravings for high school food?

My high school had those little personal pizzas from Pizza Hut, and every once in a while I need one. So we check online and of course… it’s the $3 deal day. Clearly meant to be.

He orders one on his account, I order one on mine so we can both get the deal. We tell the kids we’ll be right back, grab the pizzas, and honestly… exactly what we were craving.

They’re not as greasy as I remember from high school, but that’s probably for the best. We also both took two dairy pills beforehand like responsible adults trying to relive bad decisions.

We packed our own drinks too… because let’s be real, it’s a $3 pizza deal.

Then we drove out toward the Red Rock overlook and just sat there eating our pizzas like teenagers. Honestly, it turned into a mini date while the teens were at home.

Don’t feel too bad for them, they get what they want. But sometimes you just have to relive the semi-good personal pizza moment and be a little childish.

Also tip the store. They’re not making a living off $3 pizzas.“

“I’ve been going here for a year and always go this location. I drive all the way from symphony park in north las vegas strip. The staff here is super nice and the restaurant is in a plaza with plenty of parking. I’m from San Diego where we’re known for better food and I still only have round table. They beat any other spot even though it’s a franchise. It’s the best quality ingredients and no greasy food.“

“First time trying it after giving up on Pizza Hut a year ago after it made me sick getting it from delivery location, plus the chain quality overall just went down. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a chance, got a personal pepperoni and was pleasantly surprised. Tasted just like I remembered growing up. “Pretty good pizza even if they did not have tomatoes. Got the new flatzz pizza. Thought it would be bigger, only good enough for one person. Essentially it is a personal pizza spread out. Minus a star because they put the side dips in the box with the pizza. I guess to save time because it was a pickup order. But made the dips warm, I don't like warm ranch or any other dips. Besides marinara.“

“We ordered a med. stuffed crusted pepperoni pizza as take out and we got it pretty fast. It only took a 10-15 min wait which allowed us to get drinks from the nearby gas station. Our cashier, Tara, was super sweet and inviting. She was super patient too while we were trying to figure out what to order. The pizza was really good and filling too, the presentation was really good and the slices were cut perfect. 5/5 stars, we’ll definitely be revisiting!“

“I placed a large order last night for $129.00 and only received half of my items. I called the location and spoke with the manager, who not only apologized sincerely but also offered to remake the missing items and send the original missing items that were left behind by the DoorDash driver during pickup. He even offered to include a free drink for the inconvenience, though I declined. The manager had already gone above and beyond to make things right. Very pleased — thank you!“

“I placed an order a few nights ago for delivery at around 11PM, I ordered a large hand toss with light spicy marinara. But when I received the pizza it had a lot like extra sauce on it. But thankfully when I called to tell the worker about the mistake, the manager, Dez, was the one to pick up the phone and he was very understanding and took responsibility which most managers I feel like dont do, offering two different solutions for my troubles.
