Ordered pizza hut today and was excited to pick it up because the order said only 10 minutes! After the app said it was ready, my finance arrives at the restaurant a couple minutes after it says on the app it's ready for safe measures, and when he walks in a lady tells him "it'll be 5 minutes" when he clearly sees on the screen that they clocked it as done 5+ minutes ago, probably just to make their times better for the store. My pizza and bread sticks were great. My complaint concerns the new tipping procedures. I ordered through the app and was encouraged upon check out to leave a 15-25% tip. I believe that I should be tipping 15-30% based on the service that I was provided, not on the service that I'm hoping for. You cannot tip for a service that you have yet to receive! Make no mistakes though, this is not at the request of Pizza Hut employees, this is a way for their employer to pay them less!...read full review

Quick, correct order, and delicious. Plus the delivery driver was so helpful. I just had surgery and can't lift more than 10lb. He was a gentleman and put in a heavy package for me. Little things like that go a long way. Good customer service! Thank you. ❤️
