My last order was incorrect, thank you Paris of (Henderson, NV location) for the apology, great customer service and actually caring about your customers. It means a lot, I order from here regurlarly and I will continue to do so.
I was on Horizon/Carnegie and the closest location would be the one on Eastern/Horizon, when I went on the website to place an order, the first store that popped up is this one not realizing it's far I placed an online order with a custom made pizza/wings worth $30 after just drawing blood I was so excited to eat post fasting, went to pick up my food horizon/Eastern, just to know my order is 10 miles away at this location I was so heartbroken and hungry and had no energy...
Our order was compelling messed up. Order 24 honey BBQ wings got 8 no BBQ sauce on them. 2 out of the three pizza ordered were either wrong or not totally cooked. I understand places are shorthanded but it's no excuse for poor service. We order from here alot and it's becoming a consistent experience. No happy
