The service is extremely slow at this location. If I want pizza I truly go to an entirely different chain or local pizza place. The order was definitely not ready at the time they said, and best part they weren't busy at all.
Person claimed to be the manager (possible name of Bree) yet was unable to provide a refund after order was completely wrong. She said I had to go through corporate. Over 15 minutes on hold. I responded and tried to follow up with corporate and the door was locked, a woman named Caleigh said she was in a meeting and could not even speak with me and closed the door. I left a card and she said a manager would contact me which of course they did not. I tried to call another manager...read full review

Don't order from this location! Took an hour and 15 minutes to get my order, pizza was cold. GM was difficult to deal with and didn't even offer anything in return all he said was we just had 30 orders. I should've stuck with Marco's Pizza. So much better than this!
