Don't order from this location! Took an hour and 15 minutes to get my order, pizza was cold. GM was difficult to deal with and didn't even offer anything in return all he said was we just had 30 orders. I should've stuck with Marco's Pizza. So much better than this!

The service is extremely slow at this location. If I want pizza I truly go to an entirely different chain or local pizza place. The order was definitely not ready at the time they said, and best part they weren't busy at all.

Person claimed to be the manager (possible name of Bree) yet was unable to provide a refund after order was completely wrong. She said I had to go through corporate. Over 15 minutes on hold. I responded and tried to follow up with corporate and the door was locked, a woman named Caleigh said she was in a meeting and could not even speak with me and closed the door. I left a card and she said a manager would contact me which of course they did not. I tried to call another manager (Debbie Glenn) who was listed as the manger who also did not return the call or email. (702-595-5710, [email protected]) I finally got a refund through the BBB. How a place like this can employee people like this is crazy. Wow so much trouble just to get them to provide a product that they claim to specialize in. I should have checked the YELP reviews first they are right on!

I ordered supreme pizza, Italian pasta, chocolate chip cookie and got bread sticks for free. Pizza undercooked and doughy and everything else was burnt. Since I ordered Uber eats I had to drive to the company and return it for a refund. Never again.

Saturday, Sept 3, 2022. Worst experience at any fast food location ever. There DM stated they would look into the incident while offering me credit to use on my next order which they never gave me. I have the email trail with a Debbie Glen of Las Vegas Pizza LLC, or at least some of an email trail since they stopped replying.

Very polite and nice staff. They are all local and you can feel it once you walk in to the store. The food is really good (compare to other pizza huts).

Called in an order for pickup since the app wasn't working. Ordered 3 of the new pizza melts and requested the Marinara be subbed w/ranch. Was put on hold while he checked and then came back and said it was okay. When I walked in for pickup, not greeted by the man behind the counter. When he finally looked up, I told him my name and order and he bagged the pizza melts. I opened the top one and found marinara, then explained I called and requested the ranch. He told me he would not replace it as it comes with marinara and that's what I get. I stated good customer service would be to honor what I was told. He said it was a just a delivery guy I spoke with and he's the manager. I paid the $2 for the ranch to avoid any more discussion, but he wasn't budging. The pizza melt was very greasy, even the kids weren't impressed. Will not spend another dollar at this location. Being a jerk cost this "manager" several hundred dollars a year as our average order is around $65 at least once/month over his stance on $2 and lack of customer service.

DON'T EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!First they give you NASTY food & then they lie about giving you a manager and keep you on hold for 10+ minutes Then after being lied to about speaking to a manager they argue with you ABOUT YOUR FOOD!!Marcus O. Is very VERY disrespectful & "CLAIMS" to be the manager on duty!!! I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE IN MY COMPANY OR THAT I WORK WITH EVEY EATS AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars lol now it explains why this place has 2 stars THEY SUCK!!!!Update I spoke with the "GM" and she didn't seem to care and in fact supported the behavior.... I would not order from this location again. Ordered the Detroit style pepperoni pizza today online. They did not call to say they did not have the proper ingredients to make it - they just made it with the regular pepperoni instead of the cupped style. Also several pieces has no cheese at all. Just our experience - your experience may vary of course. Tried to call and no one picked up the phone.

So after posting my terrible experience i received a message on Yelp from pizza hut management shopping me to send my contact information. I sent it via email the next day. It's been two weeks and nothing from them. They seem to want to appear to be concerned, but still nothing from them.
