Excellent customer service. Probably the best I've had at a sandwich shop. Very very friendly and personable staff. The sandwiches were great too, but the people really stole the show.
This is a clean place that is friendly and fast. They don't question you when you want to add some different options. I just ordered a sub online and I wanted some options that I couldn't make the website do. So I called the store and Steve answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and even though he is a manager he offered to build my sub just the way I wanted. He even stayed on the phone with me until my ticket from the online order printed out.

I came from Boulder City to get my mom and I dinner. Jack and Steve were working, and they were friendly, funny, fast and courteous. Port of Subs is our family's favorite sandwich shop, and having people like Jack and Steve, makes it not only worth the 20min drive, but keeping us as loyal customers!
