We came here today to honor our friend after a funeral. We were sitting at a non-gaming seat drinking at the bar and they asked us to move away from the bar. There are plenty of bar seats available and we are not taking up any room. There were like 20+ people here from the funeral and they moved us. Hateful and terrible people. Be ashamed of your unkind behavior.

Was seated and waited over 10 minutes to order drink. Asked for menu, waited another 20 minutes with no drink and no menu. Was not busy at all, no excuse for wait. Left before getting drink. Will not go back, second bad experience.

Came here with a group of friends and my wife for couple games of pool and drinks. Great bartending, service got faster and faster as we ordered more and more.Drinks are great and the pool table area is amazing. I definitely felt like we had more personal space than other bars where the pool tables are placed in the middle or common areas.Game of pool is fairly cheap and that’s how we kept purchasing multiple rounds of shots and pitchers of beer

The bartender Ashley was very unprofessional. We asked for water 3 times and did not get served. Had to search for the server to get anything when there were 3 other "regulars" in the bar that the bartender was friends with. Very unprofessional. The "regulars" were the only ones served. Do not go here. We were there for over an hour and the server only talked to us once. She was rude when we tried to talk to her.

Deserves -5 stars. Our group was told we were "over served" by a bartender named Ashley after one drink. She told us her regulars complained, that she would call the police to have us escorted out. Apparently this is a serve-your-friends kind of establishment. Very disappointing after playing the bar machines and spending money on the juke box for almost 2 hours. Never have I been treated with with this much disrespect at any restaurant/bar. I'm truly in disbelief.

I had a hanker'n for some classic bar food, namely hot and spicy chicken fingers. I figured P.T.s Pub would have them. I waited at the near empty bar for 25 minutes and finally got the chicken fingers in a Styrofoam container to go. The fingers were double deep fried from left over previous day's chicken fingers. The crust was thick and nearly burnt and the chicken was very dry. Each bite was an effort to chew. These fingers were the worst in the whole world and the cook should have been ashamed to try and pass them off. He or she, whoever it was should be terminated from ever working in a food capacity again. I mean, how much saving could be had by cooking up a fresh batch and bringing back a satisfied customer? P.T.s lost a customer who loves food and beer. They really suck!
