This place used to be awesome but every single time I go in they forgot to make my order or they put a food item here and a drink item way over there. Never call out anyone's name so the drinks just sit there and get cold as does the hot for you order. This location is absolute trash, don't waste your time just go to the location on horizon ridge and save the headache. Because this place has been steadily going downhill for years now!

I received very unprofessional service with the front counter this happened today Nov 24, 2025 at 2:40 pm the lady had blonde hair. I come here once in a while because sometimes when I get off the bus im thirsty and just need a quick drink of water, yesterday I come and was doing my daily jog but was thirsty to where i had no spit, I asked for water and the kind lady provided me some water. BUT TODAY I was beyond thirsty as im pregnant the lady gave me a rude looks and said we are NOT allowed to give out water, you have to buy something to get water when I told her I just seen u give someone else water, I offered to buy the water and she still told me thats NOT allowed its against policy to give awaye water when I have NEVER hear of this, you cant give away water but you guys that work there can get free drinks all day which I dont care im just saying I needed water and im pregnant hella nauseous. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO REACH OUT REGARDS TO THIS MATTER! Thank you for your time.

It was awesome like always but i really wish that there were sugar free options for the fall flavors and that i didnt have to pay extra for non dairy soft top on a non dairy drink. I have a virus that makes my body not handle dairy or sugar well and its sucks how limited i am :-(

I got sick from the drink I ordered. My friend also got sick from her carmel frap. I also tried to sub my drink with non dairy alternative but the cashier claimed they do not do that with firecracker frap. I got diaherra from this place. It was the worst feeling.
