Just had a little PTSD moment about this place and decided to finally speak up about it. When I was in college (around 2011) I had a bad night sleeping prior to a midterm exam so I decided to treat myself to some coffee and studying at this location. As a Guatemalan-born coffee lover, they had a special reserve harvest bag of beans for sale and I bought it. So the cashier asked me if I wanted my receipt after paying and I said "na, unless I need it?"
Fast forward to getting wrapping up my study session, I noticed the store manager standing near the entrance and kinda feel her staring at me. Weird enough but ok... So I get up to leave and I felt her kinda grow tense and decided to walk right up to her and ask her the best method of storing my coffee beans to preserve as long as possible.
Then she hits me with it. She accused me of shoplifting said coffee bag and waited 30 minutes to finally confront me of her suspicion. It was the most embarrassing moment of my life and she actually walked me to the register to ask me who sold it to me because she "already asked her employees if I paid for it"
Well here comes the gentleman that closed me out earlier back from lunch to confirm that I in fact paid for it. Even with confirmation of payment, she offered no apology whatsoever and I was so bothered I failed my first exam ever. I ended up having to go through the ADA to get a retest granted. He asked if two days was enough and I agreed. I passed the test. Go figure.
I dislike Starbucks so much to this day that I haven't gone. The other day, my employer bought everyone Starbucks (not this location) and of all orders, guess who's was wrong? Mine... So given my PTSD, I have decided to clear my mind and speak my voice to at least get this one out my head. (Starbucks as a whole sucks and used child labor in Guatemala)

A forever wait in the drive thru....the window staff not so friendly, no smiling. They used to have a guy named Michael who manned the window, so friendly and nice, but he would talk to you during your wait time and make the wait not so bad, lol. These girls now are short tempered and no so friendly....I won't go back to this one....
Only Starbucks known that doesn’t work on mobile orders unless arrived and asked to. Over 10 minute wait for drink. Definitely defeats purpose of mobile app ordering.

I was buying my pumpkin spice latte when the cashier miss gendered and mispronounce my name. I don’t know how it was just so easy my name is. Jimmy not Jenny not and I’m not a she or a her I know this is kind of a small thing to be mad about, but that was kind of annoying and it’s like obvious I’m a dude it’s not like really ambiguous or anything so I don’t know why he centered me when I don’t have like any sort of way to throw off that I am in that target audience. I don’t know. I’m just I look like a dude like 100%. It’s crazy I got some hairy legs a full beard and everything and you got the cashier greg talking about her coffee is ready it felt like the cashier was trying to be prejudice to me or something so definitely never coming back

The Starbucks staff here are extremely friendly and do a great job to make the experience a little special. I like the concept of the design but I think they should have used some higher quality materials.
Parking: The close parking lot is small but you can find other parking here.
Wheelchair accessibility: I am always surprised how little effort places in Southern Nevada put towards convenience for people in wheelchairs and this place is just as typical as your next place in town. Doors should be slightly wider and include a push button. However, The ramp from the parking lot is conveniently located near the front door and the bathroom can be entered easily from the front entrance.

Great location but avoid the Promo Chalkboard "Pumpkin Pie" Frap. If you want the old fashion coffee I would ask for a coffee Frap. with a pump of Pumpkin Spice. "Pumpkin Pie" Frap. was Not Good or Satisfying. Wasn't worth it
