Today is the 2nd time this month I have bought from this location. The biggest disappointment was ording $48 in food and being told that $100 bills are not accepted as if they are foreign currency.Ordered two pretzel sticks along with 3 footlongs. Had to ask for honey mustard and only recieved one. Food is overpriced for low quality customer service. I believe management should take a look at their employees and teach them how to be better at greeting customers and maybe have a smile on their face/look interested in there job.I know it's no ones ideal job to make sandwiches, but for my first job, I worked at a deli in New York and part of the basic job duties was to provide good and friendly customer service. The food seems fine but I would not recommend going to this subway just based on the experience.

The lady didn't understand a word we was saying and then she doesn't listen we told her to make the orders separate and she still put them together and they where all looking lost or they didn't know what they were doing . Don't ever go hear unless u wanna lose money or get irritated .

It says 24 hours but I’ve tried going to this store a few times after hours and the door was locked. Tried calling and knocking, no one answered. Definitely shouldn’t say 24 hours if it isn’t.

They ignore online orders and will even help customers who got in the store after you. 25 minutes and order wasnt even started and 10 minutes late. Then the employee named Arthur gets an attitude when I wanted a refund and to cancel my order. Said he couldn't cause it was through the app and I had to on there. Well you cant cancel an order once it's been marked complete. Guessing he marked it done so it didnt look like it took 30 minutes to make a single turkey sub at 1am. So I got robbed out of 12.85 and I even tipped, this was on a subway gift card of all things too. My girlfriend goes to this location about 4 times a week for lunch, think we'll take our business to a sandwich shop that values their customers.

Talk about bad service. Older lady in there with short hair has no business working in the industry with that attitude! Never have I been to such a bad subway. Literally took my appetite away with how shitty I was treated!

The young lady with long brown hair and skinny, absolute the best employee hands down. Always makes the sandwiches to perfection and she works hard. She had a dude order 4 subs after me and before me were 4 more people and after the guy behind me there was 3 more. She did it all by her self! Freaking rockstar!! I've come here before and had an older lady and I usually will leave when I see her working, because the older lady is stingy and doesn't make the subs very well. The older lady will spread the meat so one piece of meat will be on a quarter of the bread instead of just adding another scooper or quarter scoop. Annoying. Anyways, kudos to the young lady working! She's my favorite! Love when she works because I know I'm getting my money's worth. Only advice I could give for her is her process on the sandwich making and multiple customers. For example, HER NAME IS SIERRA just seen the name badge. Lol anyways, for example if you have two customers waiting, you make the first person's and put it in the oven then you make the other person's, if the other person's not ready to be put in the oven by the time the timer.goes off for the other person's, you pull that one set it down and then go back and put the other one in the toaster....so while that is cooking you are adding veggies. By the time veggies are done the timer will be done, remove that and add veggies to that one....then you check both out one after the other...plus it saves from having to switch gloves every time....anyways, Sierra is great!

This place is BRUTALLY slow.... Took me 20 minutes to even order. Very disappointed. Employees were nice but it's a very inefficient operation

This place is a disaster order 3 subs on the app for pickup. A cheesesteak that was supposed to be toasted and wasn't, a chicken teriyaki that was supposed to be toasted and double meats and was literally only half made and a bella mozzarella where the team didn't put any mozzarella on. And when I called to tell the store what happened the employees were rude and unhelpful just like always. Don't waste your time here

thank you subway for allowing me to order at this location and then an employee saying they’re closed when we got there to pick it up

They get it right every time and they are quick with the online orders. Staff are friendly and food is fresh! I have not had a bad experience yet! Keep up the good work guys!

The Subway shop on St. Rose (near Costco) is excellent!!!! I am a regular customer and Laura should be Employee of the Year!!!The store is always spotless clean. The sandwich items are always fresh....and Laura makes the perfect Sandwich. The store is open 24 hours so I often pick up a sandwich to be consumed 5-6 hours later...and Laura always prepares it exactly how I want and when I eat it....it's as fresh as when she made it....and I am picky!!! Laura is professional, kind and will great you will a smile!!! I hope Subway gives her the recognition she deserves!!!
