The place is usually clean, and the service can be friendly and caring, especially when employees apologize for any delays and engage in pleasant conversations with customers. However, parking and entrance/exit can be challenging for some customers. The food may be overpriced for the quality, and there have been reports of issues with payment methods, such as $100 bills not being accepted.
