I will never order from this Subway again, I put a pick up order on the app and when i got home my wrap had wrong ingredients and they put my avocado in a PAPER bag on the side. Then my wrap was cut vertically i couldnt even pick it up to begin with. When i called about it they had a attitude and said the avocado was on the side because they had already wrapped it when they realized it was supposed to have avocado. They really couldn’t care any less at this location.

Not sure if that 40 year old man is the manager or just an employee, but he is absolutely horrible. Very rude and not friendly at all. If you hate working there so badly, why do you still work there. Please don't take it out on customers just because your life isn't where you wanted it to be..

Henderson definitely needs to get a brand new subway in a different location because the manager at this location is absolutely horrible. She's rude she's disrespectful. She has zero customer service. She needs to either be relocated or fired because she's been here for a very long time and I'm surprised that none of the managers have done anything or even told her anything about her customer service because she needs re-training and I have heard her speak Spanish on multiple occasions and when you try to speak Spanish or you try to say something in Spanish she acts stupid and acts like she can't understand you first of all you're Latina you speak Spanish why can't you all of a sudden not understand your own native tongue, which is so crazy to me. She used to go into a nail salon i used to work at. Had zero problems talking to my coworker in Spanish but at work forgets? UNPROFESSIONAL she needs to be fired. She ruined my sandwich because she kept pressuring me to hurry up. She was soooo rude to the customer infront of me as well.

This guy has no business making sandwiches, I didn't get the guy's name but tried to tell them how I wanted the sandwich and he told me basically I was wrong, which I was like okay, whatever. Also never swapped gloves after touching various different surfaces before I placed my order, and also noticed he never swapped when he started helping the next customer . I asked for a small amount of peppercinis and he threw a handful in the middle of the sandwich. Didn't even bother to spread them out, when I asked for mustard and mayonnaise he basically squeezed them both in the middle with no attempt even get close to the ends of the sandwich, and to top it all off possibly the worst wrap job I've ever seen, sandwich pretty much came apart inside the bag, then when I went to go pay he held his hand on top of both sandwiches like I was going to to steal them until my card said approved and then he slid it across to me. would assume he was probably on some type of substance , since I was in a crunch for time I didn't have the time to stand there and go back and forth with the man. I just paid for my food and left. If I ever go in there to get a sandwich again and he's behind the counter I'll just leave.

Yeah so I went here and I had a coupon of course I asked the nice girl who works there if they accept the coupon she said yeah no problem. There was a customer in front of me so she was helping her a young man comes over says what can I get you so I show him the coupon and I tell him my sandwich order the coupon is for a meal you know a foot-long sub chips and a drink for 7.99$, I must've thanked this rude guy like three or four times while making my sandwich. I get to the register I hand him the coupon he tells me how much my My order is it came up to 10.27$, I tell him why is it $10.27 from the coupon was 7.99$? He tells me oh I don't know it must be tax so anyways I paid for it I was like whatever yeah true almost 2$ dollars And some change for tax? Yeah OK whatever dude so so after I pay I say thank you so much he doesn't say anything to me he completely ignores me has an attitude and walks away I will never be going back to this place again I look at my receipt when I got home because it was in the bag he charged me for an extra bag of chips on top of the 799 for my meal so he basically ripped me off and said it was for tax yeah never going back there he should be fired. I feel like I should go back and get my free bag of chips since he charged me for an extra bag of chips with the chips and drink were included in the combo.

The bread was undercooked. I usually order two subs or more at a time and unfortunately the last one I got was undercooked. I went to culinary school, and even before then I knew what undercooked bread was like. ?

Super disappointed. Never again going through their driver thru. Was over charged for items I didn't ask for and the food was given in terrible conditions, half of the ingredients were not even in the sandwich. Asked for two foot longs and was given four separate sandwiches and some were missing the ingredients we requested. Overall experience was not great but the young lady seemed new and did great with the customer service, but the quality of the food was terrible.

Workers were cross contaminating surfaces were food is prepared with non food items like paper notebook from drive up window. And I saved the best for last, there was a dark curly hair on my sandwich. Location Whitney Ranch and Russell Rd gas station.

Service is friendly enough, orders are done well, just incredibly slow service. The gentlemen working were both radiant and friendly. But it took almost 10 minutes to make 2 basic sandwiches
