Only bad thing is there’s only one person working she was taking orders doing the order all on her own, I think it’s ridicules to have one person doing everything.

We had excellent food here. I had the taco combo for $7.99. The tacos were delicious. My husband had the pastor loaded nachos and said they were great.

Tacos Los Gauchos offers amazing food and wonderful customer service. A young lady with glasses is very kind, but there is only one person working, taking orders and preparing food alone. The street taco portions are large, basically 4 tacos, and at $7 for 2 tacos and a drink it is cheap for Henderson nightlife. Diners often return for the carne asada fries and chicken burrito, and the nice lady loads the fries with every sauce. The Al Pastor on the trompo is carved with surgical precision and hit with a flick of pineapple, a boss move not seen in average joints. Burritos are absolute heavyweights stuffed with top-shelf ingredients, making typical casino fare look like a joke. The atmosphere is cracking, with a commanding view of the floor and a vibe that feels exclusive and chill, letting guests soak in high‑stakes energy while eating.
