I used to make it a point to visit downtown Henderson and especially the Emerald and Rainbow Clubs. I experienced what was an obvious machine malfunction and the staff were disingenuous and lacked any transparency in how the issue would get resolved. the slot tech said that Everi, the manufacturer would need to be contacted. Machines lately far too tight …… been ages since I won at this casino also my husband likewise…… talking to some locals and likewise thinking.

Usually go there to eat (esp.at dinner) and have had some very good meals and good service.
Ms. Cali the server always gives amazing service and very personable. A joy to deal with and an asset to the company. And Ms. Jamie (the evening Restaurant manager) works hard and keeps things running smoothly.
