Rustic, rural, and honest, O'Carroll's is a Lamoille institution. The food is simple, hearty, well-prepared bar food; burgers, chorizo sandwiches, etc., that doesn't disappoint. The atmosphere is very friendly and engaging: most of the time I end up in a big conversation with everyone else in the place, it's a fun, friendly staff and clientele. O'Carroll's is one of a core of truly great rural Nevada bars, like Middlegate and Jiggs, that is charming...
