Shared a lovely evening with friends at Pine Lodge. It was Saturday night, very busy but staff was most attentive: never had to wait for cocktails or food. They were warm, welcoming and made sure we had a good time.The food was delicious! Really enjoyed the artichoke appetizer, the family style salad was unique, fresh and tasty. My steak was cooked to my liking and fabulous.Reserve a table here, you won’t regret it!
This was our fourth or fifth visit to The Pine Lodge. We go when we're in Elko. The food is always great. This time, my wife had the elk lasagna, and I had the marinated venison medallions. Both were excellent! The medallions were perfectly medium rare, tender, juicy, and not at all gamy. I don't know if the venison had been dry aged, but it certainly tasted like it. Dinner was absolutely amazing this evening. We tried the suggested pairing of champagne with the ribeye and New York steaks and oh my, it was surprisingly perfect! Maybe it was the bleu cheese butter? The tomatoes? Not sure, but we HIGHLY recommend!
