Great food, atmosphere and cold beer. Even when they're busy the waitresses always have a smile on their faces.
This place is amazing!! The staff is super friendly, funny, and attentive! They treat you like family! The food is the best in the Elko area. This is our new favorite spot!
We took 2 kids and 3 adults around 6pm. We were promptly served and food was fast and delicious. I had the not so veggie sandwich, husband had a burger, mom had a rueben and kids had mini corn dogs. We had onion rings, fries, mozzarella sticks and Piccadillys ( basically deep fried steak fries). Definitely recommend. The waitress was a master handling lots of orders with grace and so accurate!

O'Carroll's has a "Help Wanted" sign, suggesting potential job opportunities and consistently excellent meals for employees.
