I've traveled the US and have had ethiopian cuisine in half a dozen different cities with large Ethiopian populations. Asmara is one of the best in the nation hands down. This is homestyle cooking that is made with love and some unique cooking. For foodies on the strip, it's definitely worth the cab out here.
The experience was in stark contrast to our prev Ethiopian places. Google maps lead us to an apartment complex instead and the interior were more Vegas oriented. However the food was amazing and the server-cook was very friendly and eager. I felt Fish was the best dish by far while my friends preferred chicken or lamb. Vegetarian combo was missing that zing but overall the food was extremely affordable.

So if you love Ethiopian food then go here. This place is my favorite Ethiopian restaurant and they have amazing hookah. The awaze tibs and gomen are out of this world. Definitely stop by here for authentic Ethiopian food.
