I was there today and ordered a pretzel dog. When I removed it the hot dog stayed in the bag, and the dough broke in half. However, my real issue is the dough was quite burnt on the bottom. Immediately while still there I went back in very nicely and with a smile asked if they could replace it. One of the ladies there overheard my conversation and came down with a not so pleasant attitude informed me that it wasn't burnt this is how they are made. I said this is burnt. She...

Auntie Anne's is always great to visit. I love treating myself to the almond pretzel!! It's always a must do! customer service is great! having the Auntie Anne's app is a complete PLUS!! and a treat! ???????

I often come up with things I really need to buy at the mall and always seem to leave with a cup of cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. They are freaking amazing. I usually buy something to make it seem less like I went all the way to the mall just for pretzel nuggets, even though that's exactly what I have done.
