The cafe is beautiful and vibey. But the cappuccino was too milky. The packaged ganache cookie was a tasty treat.
There was a fly stuck inside the pastry display so unfortunately for sanitary reasons, that did deter me from getting anything else.
6/10/26 great place to grab cocktails and have a small bite in a cafe setting run by Jose Andres.
Great atmosphere to grab a casual brunch or just coffee although I didn’t like my drink that much and somehow they ran out of the almond milk I requested

Bar Centro by José Andrés is a beautiful and cute place with very classy vibes, located at the Shops at Crystals next to Aria. It is a wonderful and great place for a peaceful coffee and pastry, ideal for a quick coffee in the morning, breakfast, light lunch, or just a snack. Many find it a convenient and inspiring place between all the MGM properties.
The menu includes items like xuxos, a canele, and a breakfast croissant. The xuxos are amazing, soft, and great with a good amount of filling; the original creme filled one and the chocolate one are equally tasty. The canele has custard in the center with a caramelized crust. The breakfast croissant is a good size. For coffee, they offer nice coffees to boot, including the only Espresso Tonic on The Strip and a flavorful Guatemalan espresso.
Service is very friendly, attentive, immaculate, anticipatory, diligent, awesome, and elegant. The food is superb. While the daytime menu offers pastries, the menu changes at night and can feature a multi-course meal. Prices are generally considered fair, though some items like a generic muffin can feel overpriced. The displays sometimes have few items and the menu can be confusing to navigate in person. Overall, it is a highly recommended little niche and side stop.
