Delicious!! Everything I ate melted in my mouth. Highly recommend.
Everything here was just amazing. Second time dining here. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I’ve dined at some other great steakhouses but this one topped them all. Also are server Gerardo was great as well.
Ate here last night with my best friend. We ordered the “Ultimate Tasting” and even 12 hours later I am left almost speechless. TRANSCENDENT is the only word I can use to describe the food. It will live with my tongue and in my heart for the rest of my life. And our waiter Eric was exceptional.

Bazaar Meat is a top-rated steakhouse in Vegas. Many say it is one of the steakhouses and the reviews leave no bad comments. The menu offers an Iberico pork chop cooked to medium, seasoned right and still terrific. Drinks include sangria and a cocktail that are mixed right, and small bite desserts give a perfect light finish. Bar service is a plus and the service is top knotch. A smaller tasting menu with 14 courses lets guests taste a variety of food, though the number of courses can be a lot and create waste that works hard to avoid. The food is delicious and very creative, and the steaks and sides are worth a come back visit. Reservations at 10pm may include a notified that meats/steak take an additional hour wait, so earlier booking can made a better judgement before getting super hungry. Appetizers came out before hand, but by the time steaks came out my appetite gone. Nothing was overly terrible. However the wait times made us feel less hyped once it came out. Also a lot of things we wanted to try were sold out for the night, so we didnt get to try what we originally planned on trying. Literally more than half the menu was out. So we probably should have left at that point and try again in the future. The server tried to accommodate us as given everything we ordered had bad news of it being out of stock. (Even sparkling water was out of stock).
