Beef chow fun done not just right, but perfectly executed — wide rice noodles with a deep wok hei char, tender beef, and plenty of crunchy bean sprouts and scallions woven through every bite. The noodles soak up just enough soy and dark sauce to coat without going greasy or mushy, and the beef stays soft, not chewy, which isn't a given with this dish. BBQ Garden is a great place to visit. The service and food are excellent. It's a fun atmosphere with games and all sports on the big screen TVs. They offer traditional Cantonese style Chinese dishes including Char Siu Pork, Duck, and chicken. BBQ Garden also cooks seafood pot and stir fried vegetables. You can bring your own fish, crab, or lobster and the chef will cook it for a fee.
