I went to bleu kitchen garlic noodle bar after seeing so much hype for soooooooo long and was let down hard. They charge $65.00 for a 16oz ribeye with noodles. OK cool so I get it presentation is nice but I notice this steak doesn't look right.So I taste it and it's super bland and the dish is cold.So I tried not to be a chef until I couldn't anymore.This steak was like boring and basic so I know for a fact it's a NY Strip because I hate those with a passion.
