The Blue Skillet offers friendly service, best coffee in town, and delicious Belgium waffles and fresh fruit crepes. The restaurant is clean with ample parking. Despite arriving close to closing, the food was tasty with good portion sizes. The Western omelette had too much cheese, but the pancakes, whether regular or with strawberry compote, were mouthwatering and a must-try.
