Wow. You need to do some basic training with the hostess staff. I had a reservation for 2 people for 6:00 pm. So I told the hostess my name and 2 for 6 PM. She ran off without a word. Was gone for maybe five minutes. We were wondering what the heck was going on. She completely misunderstood and didn't even bother to ask a question. She rearranged the table for six people. Even though only two people were standing in front of her. So finally she comes back and walks us to a table for six people. I told her it's only two of us. Then the scramble was on to hunt down a table for two people. That took another five minutes. Pretty ridiculous. You need to train your staff and make sure they understand English and ask questions if they don't understand. All in all poor training and that reflects poorly on management.
Good food. Service a lil slow due to under staffed. But would go back.

this must have been a bad night - normally the food, service, and quality is excellent. This time it was not. Smaller rolls, no service (I had to get up and poor my own water) -took forever for the server to take our order and then our second order. and took a longer than normal time for the food - and the restaurant was not busy. I believe there were only two servers for the whole restaurant. I requested brown rice (because of allergies to white rice) on the reservation and at the table when ordering, I was served white rice. So we will come back, but hope it's much better next time.
Sushi rolls were terrible but the service was great!

Host was nice with manager upon arriving. Server seemed busy as it took her a few minutes for a greet. As we gave her our appetizer order she was about to walk away so I had to ask her if she takes our drink order, she said yes but what if I never asked??? She was nice but pace seemed slow, I think she was pre-occupied with a large party. The food runner was awesome, nice and energetic with all food served! Food was okay but the poke nachos were fire! I'd rather go to Ondori instead.
The Boathouse is our favorite place to eat in Las Vegas. We love sushi and the sushi menu is massive. We look forward to going there when we are in Las Vegas. The staff is very friendly and provide excellent service.
Food was good. Server seemed like she didn't want to be there. Just walked up to the table, no hello no can i get you something to drink just said are you ready to order. Coming from someone in the service industry in a SI town you would think that a little hello would be the normal. She barely said a word the entire time and got our order wrong as well.
Located inside palace station casino in Las Vegas.Good spaces available for parking. It was my first time here but not coming back.I had high expectations for food and service. I can tell now this is an average restaurant. You can find better choices in town and at China Town.We celebrate Mother’s Day on Saturday May 11/24. We used the private room at back of the restaurant. Nice decor and good size. But not good enough to have a very nice experience. The food didn’t impress us. Not tasty. Their wonton soup had too many ingredients in it:veggies, noodles, dumplings and a red meat with strong smell, not much broth. Nothing really stand out when the food is on the table. Not many options for dessert, we tried the lichi ice cream, not our favorite. The green tea ice cream had a weird taste and waxy texture.Service was ok. Nothing special.Sorry but it was not the right place for our celebration.

A complete scam, I ordered 2 Miso soup, 1 kitchen chow mein and 1 lemonade for an amount of almost $40….. and the order arrived incomplete…. It's not the money it's qualityI'm not even asking for a gift, I'm paying for what I buy and because of the quality, the scam bothers me.

We have always had great meals here, and this latest time was no exception. Had Easter dinner with our family. Everything tasted great, and the service was exemplary.
